From Humble Beginnings to a Master Planned Community: The Grand Bell Story

Our company is proud to have a management team with over 25 years of experience in the construction and development industry. Our journey started with Grand Bell, a mixed-use development located at 7 Erie Ave in Brantford, Ontario. The success of this project motivated us to expand our vision and create a Master Planned Community in Brantford, comprising four high-rise condominiums with over 1,000 units. Grand Bell II, with over 200 residential units, sold out within a few hours of its launch in 2021. We are now ready to launch subsequent phases, with construction for Grand Bell II expected to commence in 2023.
