From Humble Beginnings to a Master Planned Community: The Grand Bell Story

Our company is proud to have a management team with over 25 years of experience in the construction and development industry. Our journey started with Grand Bell, a mixed-use development located at 7 Erie Ave in Brantford, Ontario. The success of this project motivated us to expand our vision and create a Master Planned Community in Brantford, comprising four high-rise condominiums with over 1,000 units. Grand Bell II, with over 200 residential units, sold out within a few hours of its launch in 2021. We are now ready to launch subsequent phases, with construction for Grand Bell II expected to commence in 2023.

I was planning to move out of the GTA to a more affordable city and was looking into Brantford, Ontario. Through my search I found that Lakeview was launching a pre-construction project called Grand Bell in Brantford and the price-point was affordable for someone like me who was just starting their career. After looking into the City a bit I could see myself living there so I booked a suite in Grand Bell at a sales event held at the Brantford Convention Centre. I am very happy with my suite and the terrace which gives me an excellent view of the Grand River. Everything I need is walking distance so I can live peacefully.

I met with Lakeview’s onsite team during a sales event at the Hilton in Mississauga and was thoroughly impressed with how they guided me through the process. I booked a two-bedroom unit in Grand Bell and noted that there were a few PDI issues still outstanding after I occupied the unit. I contacted the Lakeview Customer Care Team and they came right away, inspected the unit and developed a plan to rectify the issue with the builder. The staff they have onsite have been friendly and courteous and I could see that they had their customer care rep walking onsite to ensure that any residents with issues were heard.
